Our website www.madmia.com is owned and operated by Enventar Pty Ltd with ABN 83 160 725 619. MADMIA provides the site as a venue for people to access information and to place orders for products that are offered for sale by MADMIA through the Site (Products). Use of the MADMIA website is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on the Website is correct, however MADMIA makes no warranty as to the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any products on the Website, and provides all products on an “as is” basis.

MADMIA, including our partners, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties associated with running the Website, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaim all liability and responsibility for any loss or damage that might be suffered by you or any third party caused by the Website or the products sold on it including, without limitation, loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence.

As an aide to fraud prevention we may require proof of identification of the cardholder prior to releasing the order.

Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to anyone. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement for your purchase of the selected product/s.

You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

If you create an account with MADMIA you will be required to provide a password. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Each time you use the password, you will be deemed to be authorised to access and use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details. You must notify MADMIA if at any time you believe someone has access to your password.

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown and a subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice depending on manufacturing and logistical costing.

MADMIA strives to provide accurate information regarding the availability of stock. However, we would like to emphasize that stock availability is subject to constant change and is only guaranteed at the time of display.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to any discrepancies that may occur.

If an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order our Customer Service Representative will contact you via email or message regarding your order.

Once you have placed your order, MADMIA is unable to cancel, add, remove or make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing the items from your order.

MADMIA also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

• You provide an unauthorised credit card
• We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
• You provide invalid personal details
• If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity
• The product has become unavailable

In the event that we encounter any circumstances that may hinder our ability to successfully fulfill your delivery, MADMIA will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to canceling your order using the contact information you have provided to us.

If you breach these terms and conditions, MADMIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.

There are 3 simple rules for returns

• Within 30 days of purchase
• Unworn and unused with original tags still attached
• In the original packaging which must be in the original condition

Please make sure you leave a note with the reason for return/exchange. 

Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

Receiving incorrect items compared to original order:

If the item you received is incorrect compared to your original order (We are extremely sorry) – please Contact Us at contact@madmia.com as soon as possible.

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is determined to be lost in transit, we kindly request that you contact us via email at contact@madmia.com or call us at +61 410 804 085(Australia) or +1 (321) 324-1398(United States) during our operating hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Our team will make every effort to investigate and assist in locating your parcel. Thank you for your understanding.

MADMIA uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product or product quantity. The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Sales items. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on www.madmia.com and by clicking “Apply Voucher”. By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on madmia.com you agree to receive our MADMIA newsletter with updates on new arrivals.
Discount offers such as Buy 1 Get 2nd one 50% off, the 50% off applies to the lower value item in the cart.

This contract will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
