Once your order has been completed you will receive an email from us or Australia Post which will include your ‘Tracking Number’. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the ‘Tracking Number’ online at http://auspost.com.au/track.

If your purchased MADMIA product has not be worn or damaged after delivery, you may send it back to us for an exchange. Please send the exchange items to ‘MADMIA - 2/2a Burrows Road, St Peters NSW 2044, Sydney, Australia’. Once received and your exchange is approved, we will issue you a Gift Card code for the value of your purchase. You can use this code on our website to purchase the correct size / design.

If the product is faulty when you receive it you may choose to return the product to MADMIA for a full refund or exchange. Please note: Faulty items MUST be reported to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please feel free to Contact us before returning the order. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.

If the item you received is incorrect compared to your original order (we are extremely sorry!) – please Contact Us ASAP.

The estimated delivery of your pre-order will be stated in that product’s description on our website. If you placed an order for other ‘available’ products with your pre-order, then you will receive all items together in a single delivery once your pre-order has landed and is dispatched.
